Tech Framing is building multifamily projects across Calgary, and we are looking for a Team Leader who can run a crew with confidence and consistency.
You report directly to the Site Supervisor and play a key role in keeping production on track. You understand the drawings, organize your team, and make sure the work is completed safely, cleanly, and on schedule. When issues come up, you handle them early and keep things moving.
This role is about ownership. Your section of the site reflects your standards. Your crew follows your lead. You communicate clearly, hold quality high, and make sure the job gets done right the first time.
We work on large apartment-style builds with serious timelines. Our clients expect steady execution and clean results. That only happens when strong leaders are in place at every level.
